- Renter’s insurance: Renter’s insurance is required. Students may provide their own qualifying policy or opt-in to our community’s provided insurance for $13.95 per month.
- Parking: Reserved parking is available in our covered garage for an additional monthly fee.

On Move-In Day
Once students arrive, they should take a few minutes to walk through their apartment and confirm that all of the main items are in place, including furniture, appliances, keys, etc. If anything is missing, damaged, or not working as expected, they should report it to our on-site leasing staff as soon as possible.
